May Writing Meme Day 3

3. How often do you write? Do you have any writing rituals? Say, certain locations, beverages, background music, times of day, target word counts, etc.?
It used to be that I wrote every single day, no exceptions - and it wasn't because I was disciplined, it was because it was just what I did. Now, I'm so easily distracted that really, I'm lucky if I get to writing a couple of times a month. I'm really hoping to change that and start writing every day again.
As for rituals, I've never had any. When I was younger, I wrote anytime, anywhere. There's no specific thing that gets me in the mood to write or gives me inspiration, etc.
